A Ward Pl. resident reported that sometime between, 7:00 pm Wednesday, 10-31-18 & 8:30 am Thursday, 11-1-18 actor(s) unknown entered her unlocked vehicle & rummaged through the interior, though nothing appears to have been taken at this time.
