Aliyah Knight, a 27 year old Newark resident was arrested on Thursday, 7-26-18 at approximately 5:30 pm for shoplifting. A Rite Aid employee notified headquarters of a shoplifter who had just fled the store and was heading east on So. Orange Ave.
