A Wyoming Ave resident reported that sometime between 6:30 pm, Monday 7-23-18 & 8:00 am, Tuesday 7-24-18 actor(s) unknown entered her unlocked vehicle, rummaged through the interior & stole a small leather change purse with a few dollars of change inside.
