A Prospect St. resident reported that sometime between 6:00 pm, Wednesday 6-27-18 & 6:00 am, Thursday 6-28-18 actor(s) unknown stole all four rims & tires off his vehicle, which was parked in a lot at Irvington Ave & Prospect St. at the time.
