Cameron Spooner, a 23 year old Newark resident was arrested on Sunday, 9-10-17 at approximately 11:00 pm for possession of CDS (marijuana). Officers stopped Spooner, who was driving a 2006 Infiniti for motor vehicle violations at the intersection
