A Milligan Pl resident reported that between 10:00 pm, Thursday 8-10-17 & 10:00 am, Friday 8-11-17 actor(s) unknown entered her unlocked vehicle, which was parked on the street at the time and removed miscellaneous papers along with some personal items.
