Isaiah Edmond, a 24 year old Newark resident was arrested on Friday, 8-4-17 at approximately 2:12 pm for shoplifting. Officers assisted a Rite-Aid security officer chase down a shoplifter who had fled the Rite-Aid without paying for merchandise.
