Hector Godinez, a 20 year old Newark resident & Ulalee Parchment, an 18 year old Maplewood resident were arrested on Sunday, 7-30-17 at approximatley 6:21 pm for possession of CDS (marijuana). Officers stopped a 2000 Toyota for motor vehicle violations
