A victim stated that sometime between 9:00am and 11:00pm on 8-12-16 an unknown actor(s) had stolen his green work van (2002 Ford) which had three ladders on the roof from West South Orange Ave. The van also had "Thomas O'Neil Plumbing" written on same.
